The gentlemen from Case and Young came out to visit last week for a quote to fit two security lights.They were excellent and offered brilliant advice. They came to fit the lights this afternoon and were efficient and polite.They spent time sorting out some old wiring.We hadnt realised that during a rewire the wires had previously been disconnected so they went into the loft to sort them out.Although the job took longer for them than anticipated, they worked really hard to ensure that the lights were fitted to their very high standard. In addition to this we asked advice about other electrics at home and we were happy that they could offer us a number of options we could select from when we decorate our lounge. Highest quality professional service.After being let down by a number of small firms/individuals we had Case & Young recommended to us. From the outset they held the highest possible service and professionalism. Good communication on when they would visit to quote, quick response with the quote and advanced notice of when they would complete the works.The works they completed were a number of small home electrical jobs, The work was completed to the highest standards, no corners cut and the finish of a firm that takes absolute pride in their work.Happily recommend to anyone and everyone - you don't find many small firms that operate to their standards.

What can I say about Case and Young that hasn't been said below!From the first meeting they were professional, friendly and prompt and this continued through out the entire project.Despite a delayed build they were fantastic, worked around the issues other sub contractors left them and had great communication throughout which reassured my partner and I.Being involved in the building industry as an Architect you see the wide spectrum of skilled 'professionals' on projects but Case & Young were up with the very best I've come across.If i was a tradesman I'd be worried as Jeff and his team showed up most of the other trades on this project by how good they were.I can't recommend Case & Young enough and wish there were more tradespeople who took as much pride in there work as them.Thanks again Jeff and the boys,From Sean, Jen and baby Alexander

Jeff and Chris sorted me out with some fantastic outdoor lighting to the side and rear of my house. The rear security lights are especially effective in protecting my motorbike.Absolute professionalism from start to finish at an unbeatable price too. Couldn’t recommend them enough.Thanks fellas!

We have used Case and Young now on 3 different occasions - garden lighting, a kitchen extractor fan and moving a tv socket/aerial. The service provided has been first class and Jeff always provides different options and solutions to suit the budget. Every job as been finished to a high standard and we are very pleased. Had an issue with the electric to my garage. I received a prompt reply and an appointment was booked. Jeff and Chris were extremely knowledgable and friendly. Found the issue straight away and it was fixed in no time. Highly recommend Case & Young Ltd and cannot fault them.

Case & Young installled some light switches and sockets for our fitted bedroom. They were very professional and reliable. They had to also be flexible as the wiring had to be done in conjunction with fitting the bedroom furniture.Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
