I have now used Hayes & Storr twice in the last year and I cannot recommend Susanna Mayfield highly enough. In both legal cases she has shown a knowledge and understanding second to none and had kept me totally informed at all junctures. Suffice to say we did not lose.

I have recently completed on a house purchase which I initiated at the beginning of April and completed mid June 2021. This was achieved by the responsive, yet thorough work of Diane who was responsible for my conveyancing. As I was someone who was going through this process for the first time, I had many questions which Diane was always quick to respond to. At no point did I ever have to chase and everything was always turned around at the quickest speed possible. Because of Diane (and Denise’s) help I was able to complete before the end of June and therefore save a considerable sum on the stamp duty break. For this I can’t recommend Hayes + Storr enough and particularly Diane and her assistant Denise. Thank you both.
