Clinical - Ash is a top G who really knows what he’s doing.I had my iphone 12’s charger port replaced and it’s working perfectly.He was also able to offer a competitive price that, having checked with a friend who’s in the business, I am told was fair and good value.The shop is in an interesting building in Isle of Dogs and the turnaround was quicker than expected.Definitely be back for any other repairs.

Great service! Ashen was straight back to me after I emailed my query and then after we spoke, ordered the part, and called me once it was in. I didn't have to pay until the repair was complete and it only took 30 mins - a while you wait service. He clearly has the technical knowledge, is diligent and offers brilliant customer service. Delighted!

Lovely little shop, great experienced & diligent repairs. I came in with a half broken charging port, he had all the equipment and know-how necessary to get me back up and running.Due to odd decisions by my phone manufacturer we weren't able to swap it out for the part he'd ordered (a tiny fraction of OnePlus 9s have a different internal port cable...).However, he gave it a good clean instead and it now works great!I'd highly recommend to anyone local, book an appointment and get your device repaired while you wait. All for much cheaper & quicker than a bigger firm.

APPLE HATES HIM! One day my iPhone started to restart immediately upon booting. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue to a faulty charging port and replaced it and also put a brand new battery for a reasonable price of £60. Say what?! No need to buy a new iPhone?! Apple must be fuming!
