Got to be the worst wholesalers by a mile, customer service is non existent most members of staff apart from a very select few snarl you when you walk in, Always mess your delivery’s up, car park full of craters, no coffee machine anymore, no fridge for water, Steve the manager won’t even answer the phone this place needs a major management overhaul and fast before they are left with no customers.

Bought a Casio cash register Feb 2021.Took it back faulty Aug 2021. They no longer sell cash registers and won’t refund. We said a credit note will do. They don’t do credit notes. Staff were clueless as to what the procedure should be. If I could give a minus 1 rating I would. Avoid this place !!

Kirkby store! Website says open till 5pm was getting my trolley at 4.50pm and saw an employee locking the door. When I questioned the opening hours she informed me that they lock the doors at 4.50pm. Tried to ring customer services and that rang out. If the store closes it’s doors at 4.50pm then the website should reflect that!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Drove allllllll that way to be told I'm deleted off the system because I've not been for 2 years, took the card off me, they can't put me back on the system because I have to do it online. So I'll keep my money in my pocket & F off home. Complete waste of a day & waste of fuel with today's shocking fuel prices. Brilliant. Great. Thanks.

So sad to see a once buzzing, thriving wholesalers decline, food stock and pricing was great but shop is dingey and carpark full of craters. Only sell food now, no upstairs, no cafe.

Had an awful experience here, if I could give 0 stars I would, the woman at the entrance was an extremely rude and vile being. Very sarcastic and shouted at customers. I had to leave. I am Disgusted.

I am not sure what is happening here as more and more of the building is being closed off. Stock is being condensed into the remaining sales area but there is less and less choice. Shame really as this was a great place for bulk buys as well as some items you just cannot get elsewhere.
