All the team at S. Webb & Son did a first class job from start to finish when we sadly lost our beautiful daughter Chelsea in July this year. During what was an extremely difficult and emotional period for myself and my family, we were made to feel at ease and comfortable right from the start, from our initial meeting with Sandy, through to accommodating our visits to the chapel of rest, right through to the day of the funeral. The care and sensitivity shown to myself and my family is greatly appreciated, not only in the weeks leading up to the funeral, but also on the day of the funeral, after the service and also the journey to the wake. We have recently lost my beloved father-in-law. From first phone call we felt completely at ease and in safe hands with S. Webb & Son. They were understanding and considerate and I have every confidence that he was treated with the respect that he deserved. He was always referred to by his name and not ‘the deceased’ which I thought was nice and respectful. There was a lot we didn’t know about arranging a funeral (and various other associated issues) but S. Webb & Son, and in particular Sandy, were beyond helpful – nothing was ever too much, and any questions were answered with complete honestly. The day of the funeral was particularly hard for all involved but it was seamless and the compassion from S.Webb & Son was if they were burying their own family member. We are so appreciative for their support and calm demeanour throughout what has been a lifechanging event for us all. It is my absolute pleasure to recommend S.
