This is an amazing club and I've met some life long friends here! I started at white belt and at the time of writing this I'm a 2nd dan black belt and I'm so proud of myself and grateful.I'm a programmer/business owner and so I'm sat on my bum every day for long stretches and karate provides not just awesome exercise and support for my posture but also a way to completely turn off from the world and focus on something that is bettering myself. It is by nature challenging but very, very fulfilling.I would recommend that anyone and everyone give it a go!
