This is the second time we have used Live and Learn. Our trainer was called Jamie, we had one zoom and one face to face telesales course. Both sessions were brilliant, our staff got so much out of them. The course really makes you think differently about your everyday actions and what would work better in the future.Both times our staff were engaged all day, there were lots of fun activities where we would break out into smaller groups and complete tasks.As a business, we are going to do this annually for staff motivation and to hopefully drive sales.

Mandy delivered conflict management training to our management team. Mandy was amazing throughout the training, answered any questions that we had and tailored the training to any issues that we were having. This was really useful to the whole team and has helped us in our day to day work life since, be it with our own conflict or helping managing the employees conflict.

I would highly recommend Live and Learn Consultancy. Andrew, our trainer, was truly exceptional. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the session, and his teaching style made the content engaging and easy to understand. Everyone in the group thoroughly enjoyed the training received.

The Communication in the Workplace training conducted by Ripley Fletcher was a transformative and exceptional experience. The trainer's expertise, engaging teaching style, and personalized approach made the sessions enjoyable and inspiring. The safeguarding training on 3rd November 2023 at T.A.S. with Luke was a most useful session, well- organised in its structure and variety but above all well led by Luke. He had an excellent blend of humour and clear communication which made even dryer matter interesting for all, interacting well with the group in a way that allowed those who knew little to learn a lot and those who already knew some or much of the material to share their knowledge and to refresh this in doing so, allowing participants an expression of their of viewpoints and interpretations of the principles which helped clarify the relevance of these to daily life in the workplace and beyond. Overall a worthwhile training day for all participants.
