I love the Knomii podcast, it's joyous, authentic and genuinely helpful. Cynthia and Madeline know their stuff, and are lovely caring people. I would recommend Knomii to anyone who is interested in exploring who they are and how they live their lives.

Madeline from Knomii Coaching is a force of nature. She has an amazing ability to listen to verbal and non-verbal communication and pick up on cues and issues that are truly at the heart of the matter. She's able to reflect back in a way that makes you see problems and opportunities in a different light from a more objective perspective. I'm pretty analytical and process-oriented and I appreciate how she always comes up with a step-by-step coaching exercise to address my pressing issues. She's also a just a very kind human.I've experienced a lot of personal and professional growth through her coaching, and I feel more confident in myself and able to validate and advocate for my needs.Strong recommend 10/10 (:
