Good prompt service , pleasent staff, food is a bit over priced for what it is .As it's supposed to be all about the meat this was very dry and felt like it had been sitting around to long before being served . Was presented well in the box . I'd give it 5 stars if the food wasn't so bland . Unfortunately let down by the food itself a really nice place to eat. Just needs that bit of attention to the food and it's taste.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. The quality of kebab is really good. Doner kebab used to be at the bottom of my list but after my experience in GDK I really look forward to it. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to German Donner Kebab left me extremely dissatisfied with their food quality. While the service was commendable, the main highlight of any dining experience— the donner kebab— turned out to be the worst I have ever had at this franchise.To my utter disappointment, the donner kebab I ordered was served raw, lacking the essential flavors and cooked texture that one would expect. This not only ruined my meal but also posed a potential health risk. After consuming it, I experienced severe stomach pain, which further compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.It is disheartening when a place known for its kebabs fails to meet the basic standards of cooking. The rawness of the meat was not only unappetizing but also concerning from a food safety perspective. One expects a certain level of expertise and attention to detail when it comes to preparing meat dishes, especially at a reputable franchise like German Donner Kebab.Although I must acknowledge the positive aspect of my visit— the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout my time there. However, the subpar quality of the food overshadowed any positive impression made by the service.I sincerely hope that German Donner Kebab takes this feedback constructively and addresses the issue with their donner kebab's quality. I believe it is important for a franchise to consistently deliver on its promise of flavorful and well-cooked meals. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.The raw and unsatisfactory donner kebab, accompanied by the subsequent stomach pain, left me with a negative impression. I hope that the franchise takes immediate steps to rectify the issue and ensures that future diners can enjoy a much-improved culinary experience.

I have ordered donner chips with cheese that it cost me £7.50I don’t recommend anyone to order this because its to much price for they amount of food they giving

the service is not bad. But this place gave me food poisoning for the first time in years, it was the only I thing I ate that afternoon/evening, had nothing else. I had the vegetarian option. Need to make sure your refrigerating/storing your stock properly and double checking expiration dates

I paid around £40 the food was cold and fries are absolutely disgusting they were not fresh I rang the store and the lady didn’t help me she didn’t even listen my complaint definitely I won’t go back there totally ripoff
