Mike, Angela and Julie in the office were fantastic in helping support and prepare for our move. They answered all our many questions and were just so friendly throughout. On moving day the team arrived on time and were very professional. This move happened very efficiently and they took great care with our things. Cannot recommend enough. If England's football teams were as coordinated, responsive and professional as Farrer & Fenwick, they'd have 'brought it home' every year! But seriously, I cannot emphasise enough what a friendly, professional, careful, speedy and great value this company was. They handled my move perfectly, and made what could have been a very stressful day into a calm and fun experience.

So happy to have the chance to review Farrer and Fenwick, albeit in very long hindsight, just because someone asked for recommendations for a removal firm and, although I wrote to the bosses at the time, I have never publicly acknowledged them until now.Fantastic service for a very messy removal eight years ago now. My house was so untidy and cluttered, after years of me being unwell. The dedicated chaps did not complain once and it must have been a gruelling job. They had to gather up 17 years of junk and clutter, including emptying the loft, pack it, and move it, as it was, to my new house where I could take my time sorting it.I wasn't able to be at the new house when they arrived but by the time I did turn up they had placed all heavy furniture and most of the boxes, not only in the correct rooms but also in a sensible layout so I didn't have to move anything around later.I have never had such good service from anyone for anything, and all credit to the company for selecting such good staff, reflecting accurately their ethos. The chaps were so personable as well.As you see, I just can't praise them enough, and also, as you can see, I haven't forgotten.Thoroughly recommend.
