Highly Professional from the initial quote to completion of window replacement. Clear communication and prompt responses at all stages of the process. High quality finish and the fitters left the house in an immaculate condition once completed. We used Sapphire as the windows are manufactured locally and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again, we are extremely happy with our new windows.

Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of all those at Sapphire Windows. From initial contact, Shaun was friendly and offered support and guidance, the communication throughout was excellent, and during the installation the installers Craig and Steffan were always polite, clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the windows and doors, they have completely transformed our house. Would highly recommend Sapphire Windows.

We had a composite front door fitted by them in 2021. The fitting was great, the after service, again great.We have recently had an issue with the lock on the door. I rang them and they had some one out to look at it within an hour and a half - and another within ten minutes to replacing the lock.Service you can’t fault and the reassurance that any issue, if you have them, are resolved ridiculously promptly. I can not recommend this company enough and wouldn’t use anyone else now for windows or doors.

I’ve been searching for a while to find the right company and Sapphire windows literally took the vision from my brain and made it a reality. We changed the dining room doors but added a large door to the stairway that previously had nothing. The space now looks incredible. The installation team were prompt, extremely polite and grafted all day. Consummate professionals.I can’t recommend Shaun and the team enough at Sapphire windows

We ordered a new composite door before Christmas and had it fitted at the end of March. From start to finish Russell, Shaun and their team were fantastic. We had an issue with the door lock on our old door and weren't to sure who to contact and as a new door was immanent didnt want to spend too much. So we rang them and they were more than happy to help and had it replaced within 2 days. The new door looks fantastic and was exactly as ordered. The team fitted it beautifully and quickly.I would definitely consider them for any future work we do on the house.

Excellent customer service from first enquiries right up to installation, Very professional installation on time with no mess nothing was to much trouble.Would highly recommend and will deffinatly use them again
