John has done our plumbing since 2011. That year he did a full plumbing & gas heating/boiler installation to our property. He did the same for another property in 2013 for us. He was key holder at both and over saw & supervised ongoing works. This included regular servicing and maintenance. He has just finished installing our new Vaillant boiler, giving comprehensive information and advice. Thank you John, we highly recommend you.

I am so glad that I booked John in to do our annual boiler service.In the first instance he was a lucky find.After meeting John, which he arrived 5 mins before time and was also very quick to reply to my emails, which is always a good start, my worries were instantly dismissed.He is so diligent in his work and communication skills, he gave me the impression that nothing is too much and gave me a lot of useful information...I would have no worries about employing him for anything in his field of expertise which is very impressive...

Just delighted with the service from first point of contact. Response times and updates with what was happening was timely. Very friendly when came to service heat source pump and helped with guidance as to how to work the system. We inherited the heat source pump when moving home so the guidance was invaluable and in a language we understood. Some good advice given re lagging pipes and keeping system efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.
