I absolutely love Sage Brown in Cambridge. The shop is beautiful, full of sumptious bags wallets. It has such a classy feel. All the staff are well informed and take obvious delight in their merchandise as much as the customer does. I would reccommend this shop highly to anyone wanting to buy something classic and special. Being in the UK for 11 years, had the worst shopping experience in this store. The male staff was racist, culturally discriminative and disrespectful! We were keen to buy a few products for the nice design but were rudely forced out of the store just because we asked if we could get a discount for buying more products. He said it is a Cambridge culture that it’s rude to ask for discounts. Is it true? This might explain why the products have a good quality but not known by anyone - The company does not have the right salesman! If I were the owner, I’d consider this seriously.

As always an absolute pleasure to shop with sage, staff was friendly and helpful especially helpful explaining some of the products I didn't recognise, products are hand made and it shows, everthing is high quality. looking forward to my next vist.

Beautiful family-run independent shop specialising in luxurious leather goods right in the city centre of Cambridge. You will be amazed by the quality and outstanding craftsmanship that went into their products. Thinking to visit them again after long time so thought let me leave my review of last visit. I was looking for something to buy as birthday gift for one of my friend. They had very good designs and quality stuff. Bit pricey than the market. Wasn’t good customer service as I feel couple of times that staff was replying me rudely even that’s their job to make customer satisfied so they can buy stuff. Anyhow still giving 3stars. May be think about to improve my next visit.

After one month of use, first exposure to a light shower of rain, the leather began to bubble and blister. As soon as the company’s managing director discovered that I was an overseas client, she didn’t want to know about it.Honour your brand promise, Sagebrown. 11 purchases over the past eight years and you’re treated like a customer at Kmart

Bought my daughter the Ruby Bag online at Christmas, it was absolutely beautiful and I have been lusting for one for myself ever since. I read about the new Cambridge store and so I decided to drive up and take a look. A lovely shop and a great location and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I ended up leaving with a Ruby bag, a pair of fur-lined gloves (beautiful quality) and a stylish moc croc iPhone case. Amazing quality, I’ll definitely be back!

Exactly what Cambridge has been missing. Superb customer service along with exceptional product knowledge makes this family run luxury leather goods establishment second to none.
