Alan was great! We needed to remortgage and he found us a fantastic rate very quickly!Having used free services in the past it was amazing the difference it made to pay for a professioanl broker to take on the work. Our re-mortgage far quicker than previous times and was far less stressful!Definitely will be using them again once our current fix has ended.

He set to work, asking us to provide much more detail than we had previously been asked for, and eventually persuaded two major lenders to at least consider our home. Myself and my husband were recommended Clarity Mortgage Solutions (Greg) by our two friends who finalised their new build/first time buyer purchase back in 2018. Greg has been absolutely fantastic from the start of our first buyer journey last year. We were not given authority to proceed with H2B but Greg managed to find us a 95% mortgage which is extremely rare for new build homes. We then came into some issues at the very last hurdle when finalising our purchase (which we had already had 14 months of delays from the developer). We reached out to Greg again for advice but instead of just responding he jumped straight back into our case; which was above and beyond of what we expected; his job was ultimately done 12 months before this!
