We booked an hour private session for a birthday treat. Very friendly and clean. It was raining and the sea was quite rough but we managed a couple of dips. Plenty of room for 6. Good fun and we will return, hopefully on a sunny day next time.Thank you.

Our first time for this experience so we didn't know what to expect.. but it was great and exceeded our expectations. Dave was very welcoming and a perfect host; and the combination of the sea and salt and sauna was exhilarating! Also liked the orange slices platter. Nice touch. Highly recommend, and we'll come again. Thank you so much))

Superb sauna located right on the beach in Worthing. We've been regular customers (but not as frequently as we'd like) since Fire, Salt & sea opened. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the sauna to anybody wanting a relaxing, authentic and friendly sauna session in the area. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic Experience Again!Thanks for another wonderful half hour in your beach-side sauna. We managed three swims running back and forth to warm up in-between.Would highly recommend to all, at all times of year. I always love the fresh orange slices at the end...I'll be back soon for sure...

The sauna was fantastic. We hired it as a group of six and loved being able to take multiple dips in the sea with a relaxing sauna to warm up afterwards.Dave kindly took some group photos for us too. We’ll be back!

Excellent friendly sauna and the community sessions are ACE - met some lovely people and ended up going to a gig at the Goose afterwards! The sauna is also top notch and the see lovely too… tip of the tide is out - bring beach shoes to deal with the pebbles.

Thank you once again for another delightful experience at your seaside sauna. The stunning westward view of the sea adds to the experience and the convenience of being able to park a few yards away is a great bonus. For the ultimate experience, I would highly recommend taking a refreshing dip in the cool waters beforehand!

What a truly satisfying and chilled experience. Perfect location, quiet, near the sea. Dave and his son were calm and welcoming. My friends had never experienced a sauna before and they are totally hooked. Still feeling the benefits 24 hours later! Brilliant!!

I absolutely loved my first beach sauna experience, thank you! We started with a dip in the sea, dashed into the sauna then back into the sea about 3 times over the course of 30 minute. As a regular sea swimmer it was such a luxury to feel warm after swimming in the sea in winter! I would recommend booking more than 30 minutes as we all felt we wanted to stay longer! Will be back again soon. Thanks again!

Wonderful experience with friends, we did a private hire for a birthday treat followed by a picnic on the beach. A relaxing chill out in the sauna followed by an exhilarating swim in the waves. The sauna was clean and smelt fresh, wonderful view of the sea. Highly recommend.
