Thank you so much for getting my car off the A470 this morning, taking me to a garage and dropping my passenger off 1st, you made what was very stressful a lot more simple, your phone number is Never coming out of my contact list.. Absolutely spot on. My car has been sat outside my sister's house for 3 weeks while my brother in law has been trying to fix it with no luck.Got in touch with Diamond and arranged for them to come and get it for me and drop it to the garage.No fuss.No issues.Completely reasonable price.Job done. Thank you again for the assistance. Inevitably my shed will likely break down again in the future, so expect a call!

I do not normally leave reviews but Mike and team have provided excellent recovery service . Within hours of calling Mike he transported my broken down vehicle from Wales to Derby over 250 miles away .The price was very reasonable and the speed it was all arranged was brilliant. Thank you so much for helping me when my car broke down. Please just contact Mike if you need car recovery this is a very efficient service in Cardiff

My car broke down on a Saturday day night near Pentwyn roundabout. Called Diamond recovery, arrived about 30mins. Very friendly guys and took my car to the garage I always use. The price is much cheaper than call AA or RAC. 5 starts Recommend !

Called up for a quote to get my Clio RS from Bridgend to Sheffield back to the dealership for timing chain under warranty, the bloke I spoke to was quick to give me a price and asked about the car and what was needing doing etc. a couple minutes after the call ended he called me back up to tell me he had found information to do with the warranty work my car was having and how I could save myself some money etc. will definitely be using this company to transport my car just for the customer service alone, good prices as well.
