From Northeast, Pennsylvania, USA. What a lovely video commerical for this Christmas Holiday Season. Oh how I would love to visit your establishment but I doubt I'll get there by the end of this year, 2019. Who knows, one day I just might pop in. Far better than our Lowe's or Home Depot hardware stores here in the states, nothing like a mom & pop kind of place. Best Hardware store on the planet. If their service provides a fraction of the joy as their commercial, you will have an unforgettable experience. The next time I go to Wales(from my home in California), I will stop by and purchase as much stuff as I can carry. Please sell T Shirts online. (100% Cotton please, with adult and kid’s sizes since we need to pass this message down a generation)I will buy one for each member of my family. Nicely done!

This fabulous hardware store is a treasure trove for anybody who lives by the William Morris's golden rule to “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” The friendly staff and aftercare service is above and beyond. I look forward to calling in on my regular trips to the Elan Valley.

An atmospheric, historic hardware store. The staff are helpful and very friendly. We bought some beautiful vintage-style tourism prints by local artist Thomas Lewis Jones. It is well worth a visit if you are in the Rhayader area.

I have never visited your store. I only stumbled across you because of your beautiful Christmas advert.
