Went for a motorcycle theory test. They couldn't give me my result and didn't have the right information you need to find it on the internet. Tried the customer helpline, and that just cuts you off after a few minutes. No idea if I passed or failed. Bit of a joke if you ask me. Just to add. I was in cubicle number 4.

Telephone support is useless.Tried many many times for over 1 hour and after every time the call is cut off by their hold system.I thought DVLA service was bad, this is on par.

Took my LGV theory tests there yesterday, all I can say is the staff are absolutely brilliant, very efficient and calm, followed all the covid protocols. The centre is a little drab but doesn't detract from the function.

Staff good but walls not sound insulated so I could easily hear staff on reception desk talking and it was off putting during my test

Very bad testing centre in Swansea.very small things not even major mistakes they will consider and make fail the candidates purposefully.Cardiff and Llanelli is far better

Located in the 3rd floor of Grove house. Neat and clean premises .They conduct several Proffessional online examinations ranging from theory test for Motor vehicles to many professional exams. Good staff, with polite behaviour. On time services. New orchard street parking is in walkable distance of 1 minute.

They cancelled my theory test without any informing me, so I took a day off and travelled all the way there for nothing. Now I have to wait a whole month for the next one, assuming that doesn't get cancelled too.
