George responded quickly and professionally when we contacted him about a wasp nest. He did a full assessment of the problem, from both outside and in the loft. He fully explained all our options and advised us on the best course of action. He treated the nest quickly and offered to come back if there was a recurrence (which there hasn't been). Great job! Would highly recommend.

We called Bentley Environmental Services having gotten a less than speedy timeframe from the council and we’re so glad we did. I had used a spray foam as it meant I could try from a distance. There was no way I was going into the attic! George was able to come out to us the very same day to deal with a wasp issue in our attic. Our 13month daughter had been stung twice in the space of 24hours. The nest was sorted from inside the attic and outside the house so we’re very confident they will be eradicated. Very professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend

Speedy, efficient, effective, good value. Gave a very speedy response to my call out to treat a wasp nest around my upstairs window. George arrived at the arranged time, made a thorough investigation of the house, and located another nest that I was not aware of. He treated both very effectively and we are now all clear of wasps.
