Disgusting service comes to mind. Sent forms in April, still waiting................. this is the only organisation in the whole country that can ignore the findings of a Dr and consultants when not even as qualified as a Dr/consultant. Plus the adjudicator never actually see or examines the patient. Disgusting and disgraceful. Very shameful.

Attended with my wife for a 14:40 appointment.On arrival she was told that they were running 30 minutes late.In the end they told us she would be seen at 14:10.This would have given me 15minutes to be in my car and back to Market Weighton for my next caring appointment. When we pointed this out I was asked why I couldn't hand on any longer.Errr. Would you want your mother or grandmother etc to be sat waiting for their evening meal, medicines etc longer than they should, not knowing when or even if their carer was coming?Not to mention the reason my wife was there in the first place.. Stress plays a huge part!
