Paul repaired several chips and scratches that arose from moving our polyester finished piano from house to house. Paul was able to respond in good time to some specific problems with my piano as well as keep it ringing richly in tune. Never think that all piano tuners are the same.

This was my first tuning performed by Paul. He was very pleasant mannered but also efficient and completed the task more quietly and quickly than I've experienced with other tuners. I think he achieves this by combining traditional skills with modern electronic assistance. The final result is very pleasing - thanks Paul!

Paul did a fantastic job of tuning our piano. His communication before the appointment was first class and he did his best to come at the earliest available date. Once here, he did a really thorough job of tuning our piano. Didn't rush it at all and took his time and clearly took pride in his work. Piano was perfectly in tune once done. As an added bonus, Paul kindly looked at, and fixed, a problem we had with the sostenuto (middle) pedal - and even did that free of charge. First class service and will definitely be using Paul as our regular tuner going forward. Would not hesitate to recommend.
