Completed the 1 day emergency first aid at work training with Simon.The course was targeted to those present. The course covered the same aspects as other courses but crucially gave real-life examples and scenarios of when to act and when not to. Simon was very clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I highly reccomend Heys First Aid training courses.

I attended a 1 day First Aid at Work course yesterday with Simon which was excellent. Having done several first aid courses over the years I have to say this was by far the best, super in-depth and I finished the day feeling like I have learned so much I could feel confident to put into practice should the situation arise.Thanks again Simon and would highly recommend to others.

Paediatric First Aid Course takes 12 hours training, including hands on. Very practical and informative. Simon explains and encourages questions throughout to enable understanding.I would highly recommend using Heys First Aid courses whatever your level of requirement. They will sort a course for you.

Simon delivered the three day First Aid at Work course onsite at Viessmann's UK headquarters in Telford. The delivery was extremely professional and engaging; bringing first hand experience of many scenarios, always emphasising the importance of reacting quickly and correctly to ensure the best outcome for a casualty.I have received very positive feedback from all attending the course, with several requests for Simon to carry our annual refresher training. I am very happy to recommend Heys First Aid to any company or individual and shall certainly use them again to train our Viessmann staff in the future.

Just completed the 1 day emergency first aid at work This is an excellent course, very informative, and practical, within the constraints of the HSE, it was tailored to our specific group's requirements. Simon is very knowledgeable and has a great way of presenting first aid information Having attended a couple of short courses within the last five years, this was the first one where I understood what was in the first aid box and especially how to use it!

Completed my full day Emergency First Aid course delivered by Simon Heys yesterday. I can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable, useful and best delivered course that I have ever attended. Simon's facilitation skills are superb, with actual first-hand experience underlying every element of this first aid course. I started the course as a complete novice and left yesterday feeling far better equipped, confident and competent in providing primary and secondary assessments.I would highlt recommend this course to everybody and feel that everyone would benefit from taking this course with Heys First Aid on an annual basis. Went on the Emergency First Aid at Work course today and highly recommend Simon (Heys)! A really knowledgeable and efficiently run one day course that was structured in a way that was brilliant for learning.Hopefully will have the chance to learn with him again in the future!
