Beautiful shop and lovely staff! Siobhan was very knowledgeable about all the designers and dresses in the store and made me feel so confident and calm. Her professional and gentle demeanour instantly put me at ease; she is years beyond her age and such a credit to the store. After requesting an appointment online, I was emailed very quickly after with a response and even received a phone call discussing my wants and needs. I thought this was a lovely, personal touch. They clearly went out of their way to listen to me and have a discussion with me about my upcoming appointment. The appointment itself was brilliant. I was invited inside, offered a drink and shown around all the beautiful designs. The store itself is beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and I was not once rushed or pushed to make a decision; I was listened to and my needs were understood. Very professional, kind and beautiful ladies. I will certainly be recommending to friends and family and I would love to come back after making my decision on my dress! Incredibly disappointing day. The ladies were unhelpful, maybe because I already had a dress and was looking for accessories only. Seemed like they did not want to put in any effort and couldn’t be bothered. Although I was clear from the start I wanted to find accessories that would suit my dress. Did not even help to hang the dress and was going to let my mother in law just hold the very heavy dress over her head while I hold the veil on top. We eventually hung it from MY SUGGESTION to. As a bride, you know it would never work that way. I understand that it was company policy but they could have relayed that information with more sympathy. Their tone and attitude to us just felt like they didn’t want us there in the first place. Terrible experience for a bridal shop and I’ve been to a few! I wish they had mentioned I wouldn’t be able to try on the veils and belts with my dress on, I wouldn’t have bothered. We eventually went to another bridal shop called Pretty Panache in Lincoln, which was amazing. She let me try on everything with my dress and was incredibly attentive, even though we didn’t have an appointment (she had some free time) We ended up buying the accessories there. Customer service is everything. If you are a bride looking for a lovely shop with staff the would treat you like a valued customer , I would avoid Jaynes Bridalwear in Lincoln. There are so many bridal shops around that will be more worth your time and money. To the two ladies in the shop today, please do not respond to my comment, I don’t need any further communication from you.

I chose to visit this bridal shop as I'd seen a couple of gowns online, which they stocked. Myself, daughter, maid of honour and mum were greeted by Julie. Julie already had the dress out that we had discussed over the phone. We were provided with a glass of fizz and I started to try on dresses.Julie was great helping me in and out of each dress - we had such a lovely experience and the selection of gowns is amazing! There really is something for everyone. Stunning!!!Yes I paid a £20 fee to go to a Sunday appointment. But I really don't blame them for charging - as stated on their website - brides just can't be bothered to turn up. It's time and expense!! £20 is a small price to pay to find your perfect dress, which I did.I would recommend this shop absolutely and I can't wait to put my dress on again.Thank you so much Julie! I am first time as a bride and I am wheelchair bound with Ataxic Cerebral Palsy with no speech. I was very disappointed how I was treated in Jaynes Bridalwear. First of there was no a ramp to me get in the shop, but my step mum made the appointment she was told there would be a ramp, second they thought one of my bridesmaids was the bride but she went in to tell they that the bride was running late and three I felt like I was nobody because the staff was more interesting in the other brides was in the shop.

Finding your wedding dress is such a one of a kind and personal experience but I can honestly say it was made extra special with Shiobhan at Jaynes Bridal Lincoln. From the start of the appointment she was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Both me, my mum and grandma had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this bridal shop. All the dresses I tried were beautiful but my dress found me and it was everything I could have imagined and more. The right advice and care was given throughout the appointment and I can’t say thank you enough, I’m so glad I was able to say yes to my dress here. I felt really looked after and loved the whole experience.

I went today for my first wedding dress shopping experience,We had the vip package which included Prosecco, Chocolates and sweets.I was so nervous and worried I’d not suit any of the dresses but I was overwhelmed by the experience and how helpful the lady looking after me was.There was no pressure, happy to let me try on anything that caught my eye but also helped me to bring the perfect dress together based on what I did and didn’t like from the other dresses.I wasn’t expecting to say yes today but I did and I’m so happy and excited!
