What disgusting service we received last night! We got our order delivered, they had given us a wrong item, we ordered chicken balls and they delivered prawn. Not a huge thing but we called them and they tried to blame it on us that we ordered wrong (we wouldn't of ordered the prawn as one of our guests is allergic to shell fish! Lucky we found out they was wrong as this could of been a lot worse!!!) we had to ask them to bring our correct item as they didn't want to and that they could take the other ones back. We got told we would have to wait for 30-45mins!! The order was cold so when it arrived so I had to heat it all anyway so we waiting the 30 mins and they still hadn't arrived. We called again to get told again there was no mistake with our order and that the correct time which was meant to be sent out wasn't coming. We asked for a refund on the item as we hadn't received them to get very stroppy answers and to be told she didn't know how to do a refund, after another 10 min on the phone she then said she would give us the refund (funny how she now knew how to do a refund) she then said someone wanted to use the card machine so she hung up on us. Again we called back to be told she didn't hang up and kept calling me a liar. Absolutely disgusting service and to be spoke to like that is awful!!! She wouldn't refund the item which we never received and just wanted to speak over me all the time, very frustrating. They have definitely lost our business. They do not even deserve 1 star! Awful!!

Amazing food, friendly staff and prompt delivery, delivery drivers all very friendly as well! Have ordered from them a few times and not been let down once! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent Chinese in the area!

Had chef special curry ,second time ordered since new owners it was lovely, definitely be ordering again

Had a couple of takeaways which have been really good.Always been quoted for the delivery charge even though our orders well over the £18 threshold. Order tonight took an hour to arrive & food was lukewarm & flavour not as good as before. We will try again as been so good before

Unable to comment on the food as I've given up all hope in receiving my dinner tonight. All I can say is the delivery time is shocking. More than 1.5 hours and still no food. Looks like toast for dinner as rang 40 times and can't get through!Update.. it's now been 2 hours

Very good Chinese food. Only placed one order from here, but it was fantastic. Priced correctly, very good. The 1/2 Duck starter was tasty and was accompanied by a good amount of spring onion and cucumber.The delivery was prompt and the driver was courteous. Because everything was so fantastic the only thing I could possibly comment on was that the cucumber could be cut slightly thinner. But that is really nit-picking.Overall very happy with everything, would definitely order again. Thank you

Have ordered twice since the new owners have taken over. Both times the food has been great.

Some of the best Chinese food I've had. The vegetable chow mein is lovely and a nice big portion of chicken balls. Lovely staff and food is cooked quick.

Recently moved into the area and looking for a new Chinese, this isn't it. Recommended by a friend and the first thing I noticed is how expensive it is compared to our old one (15 mins away). Food was very bland and nowhere near the quality of our old one.
