Gavin was absolutely brilliant, he always reassured us that he was there if we needed his help at any time, which took a lot off our shoulders and nothing was too much for him or his team. Gavin and his team did a wonderful job for the funeral of my mum. Treats you more like family that $$$. Love the fact that walks in front of the hearse when setting off. Pays upmost respect. Would give more than 5* if I could.
