Desmond L. Bannon & Sons

Went to Desmond and Bannon to arrange my mother's cremation and was met by a lovely lady called Sue who helped us pick a package to suit us, put us in touch with someone to sort the flowers and a gentleman to arrange a picture slideshow. We were well looked after.Thank you.

We used Bannons for my dad's funeral 03/08/22, they were professional, compassionate and accommodating for our Chapel requests as we are a big family, when choosing a funeral director I looked at reviews of many but chose bannons on their past reviews as we wanted a service fitting for our dad. I can honestly say the day was perfect special mention to Michael Bannon the officiator nothing was too much trouble, he wore an Everton scarf without us requesting this and tied a blue rose onto the timeline at Goodisison in the war yrs when our dad was born, a beautiful touch which we all commented on, I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this company they were exceptional. Thank you to all from a very grateful family.

Just had to sadly say goodbye to our 97 year old Dad, Richard Shannon. Staff at the White House, from initially seeing Sally, who went above and beyond in her organisation of a choir for the church service. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out for us. Then Michael, on the day putting our plans for Dad's final journey into effect. The whole experience was perfect, they are ultra professional and caring and feeling to the thoughts of the families they look after. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, thanks to you all!

To all the Staff at Desmond Bannon (The White Chapel) who went above and beyond for our family & Our Beloved Mum's send off. To Laura thankyou so much for the kindness & support showed throughout, Sally for wonderful work, dignity & respect whilst mum was at rest in the chapel & keeping a close eye on her when we were not present. To Aaron (who drove our beloved Mum on her final journey) thankyou so much. & Mike M for honouring our Mums Life so perfectly throughout. Cannot recommend yous enough.

The service was extremely professional and handled with such care and thought! Thank you to Sally for always going above and beyond and taking such good care of everything. From start to finish amazing laura been great so helpful phoning me every other day to see how i was and if i needed anything and then on day of mums funeral the lads mike,dave and anthony fanastic all a credit to your employee plus carol the celebrant who spoke about my mum and sorted alot out for us was also superb so from me and my brother and our familys thank you so muchKind regardsPhilip and Darren Vaughan xx

It’s sad that most of us have to use these services but this company made things so much easier. They may have their equals but I doubt there’s anyone better. Their kindness,compassion and professionalism was incredible. And without wanting to seem crass the cost was a surprise. We would have paid ten times the amount and couldn’t have been more pleased. I can't tell you how amazing the team at Bannon & Sons are. The kindness, professionalism and respect they showed my family and my lovely father who they laid to rest. Shout out to Maisie and Lawrence who went over and above to ensure everything went smoothy. Maisie even remembered that I lived outside of Liverpool so she made sure she passed a liverpool echo into my Mums so I would see my dad's funeral notice. Its the little things that they remember.
