Ash and his team completed a rental refurbishment on a property for me, Ash was professional and personable throughout.The quality of work was good and they were attentive to snagging and ad hoc issues. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality refurb at an affordable price.

Great company and highly recommended. Ash is a great guy, really helped me with renovating my bathroom and kitchen and very reasonably priced. Work finished to a very high standard but also excellent communication right the way through and was hugely flexible when I had to reschedule some work. Will definitely use Edlin again in the near future.

Ash was honest, straightforward and delivered. I received quotes from other builders/fitters for my new kitchen but I selected Ash from Edlin Homes because of his attention to detail and pragmatic approach . He phoned /texted regularly to keep me updated from the lead-in to delivery- upto the final snagging checks. His team were friendly and the tiling skill is exquisite. His team may be a little more than the 'cowboys' but they take their time to get the project not just aesthetically right but functioning smoothly. They were mindful of my neighbours and worked SOLIDLY from 8am to 5 - no slacking. It was my first, albeit small, project and I wouldn't use anyone else again. Book them.
