Gloucestershire Airport EGBJ / GLO
Landed here as part of my Nav ex for my PPL Training. Airside staff were very accommodating, great parking and ATC personnel were friendly, and accomodating. Landside - café is great, warm and cold food, drinks etc. I sat outside in the beautiful sun with a great view of the active runway and approach path. I'll be back soon - hopefully for my QXC. :)

Can,t explain why,but we just loved watching the landings.The surrounding countryside is beautiful,calm and relaxing--Then we hear the planes,and watch some drift in strong winds,but always land safely thankfully.

Fantastic Helicopter experience. Booked with #Adventurehelicopters001.Our Pilot Caption Ian Lowe took us on a personal tour of Gloucestershire. Viewing our home from above and area.We live in an amazing beautiful countryside.I booked for my family, boys aged 11 and 12 loved the experience.Highly recommend.

Nice little airport with really noisy jets! It's very nice for plane spotting too. There's a small pub that I recommend to go in if you want to see planes, nice food and drinks as well.

Ended up being a better day in the afternoon than seemed possoble. PC done with Heliflight in G-TWTR, thanks Candia. ATC short staffed but usual excellent service as always

Good breakfast and plenty of it. It comes in three sizes. I have scored 4 as the sausages were slightly over cooked but otherwise the place is good with views of planes and choppers coming and going. Staff were very good but very busy on this my third visit.I shall return.
