Would highly recommend the team at Sowerby’s in Holt for a friendly, effective, professional, and honest service. The after sales service was particularly outstanding.  The sale proved to be challenging with lots of unexpected “twists and turns” and Joanna was always diligent, efficient, and provided really good advice.  Thank you Sowerbys!

I want to give a special shout out to Joanna Lobb at Sowerbys who handled all the post sale work. She worked her socks off on our transaction. We have recently moved here from the US and had a lot of learning on the fly. Joanna was responsive, professional, answered questions honestly, all while maintaining a sense of humor. Laura Bird, the listing agent was polite and did a good job advocating for the vendor. However, she was fair and quick to respond. My overall impression is, Sowerbys is a solid company, with highly competent people. I would most likely list with them if down the road we decide to sell. No offence Sowerbys, but I hope that won't be any time soon.

The team at Sowerby's have been faultless throughout the sale process of our property.
