Exceptional service from Steve. I’m a landlord not local to Reading which could have made getting new carpets sorted in a rental property difficult. Steve was quick to respond, flexible in terms of getting keys for the property, reasonable and provided a quick turnaround.

Steve was extremely efficient, responsive and helpful. He managed to fit my job in his diary at short notice as I needed a carpet replacing quickly before tenants moved in. He quoted me a very fair price and was communicative and punctual. His workmanship was also top notch. Highly recommend

Contacted Steve to get carpet repair on two stairs. Emailed him and got a response back within the hour with a quote.Turned up on time and did a fantastic job repairing my carpet. Kept everything clean and tidy.Cannot recommended SMH carpets enough and will definitely use him again in the future.
