Spent nearly £25 on a 10pc bargain bucket and a large popcorn chicken. Literally half of the bucket were drumsticks. Not one nice breast piece in the other 5. Large popcorn chicken was definitely not full amount. Was prepared to give KFC another chance after a similar experience last year. Never again, massive rip-off

Good place to have a quite and low external nocies and spend a leisure time have a good food and party with friends and family.The place is located at the corner of above bar street which provides a level 1 dine in I mean a 1st floor dine in place that really allows you to sneak through windows and have a look at outer atmosphere with noices muted and spend time eating a feast.The price is affordable and worth for every penny.The only thing is self service only. The customer service is offered with limited extentNever forgot to claim the free products from KFC for completion on the survey on which we can get a cookie or drinks for free and a 10% discount on the next visit to KFC with in 9 days, this really makes me happier and pulls me towards KFC for eating lots of their chicken with good group of persons.To speak on their parking lot. Actually there are no area but you can park your car at Marlands shoping center parking bay or on the street paid parking, but not infornt of the store.They have a very good hygienic and clean dining areas and well maintained toilets.

They seem to have removed most chairs so it's stand up tables, fine for a quick bite I suppose but I'd have liked to have sat down.The chicken was pretty good, the batter really is supposed to be crispy but it never is.

Avoid this KFC during busy times as it gets crowded and no one cleans the place. Also the place will be swamped by deliveroo riders. If you visit during off peak hours then it will be fine. Ordered the zinger burger set and all is good.

Food was standard, tables were dirty; piled with leftovers, service was quick, but workers all looked miserable. Purchased a large bottle of pepsi with meal which was no where near cold enough to be enjoyed. The boneless chicken bucket menu was so salty it was almost criminal.

Simply disgusting a lot of dirt on the floor and tables that are not clean, I wonder what the hygiene of the kitchen is like.I blame the manager for this dirty place because when a manager is has the cleaning profile he charges all the other colleagues who is the same, but when the manager doesn't care about it is like this ...

The place is filthy and can become rather busy. For a small order of fries and 2 pieces of chicken I had to wait 30min and it wasn't even peak times. The chips were soggy, the chicken super salty and dripping in fat with more batter than meat. I mean, can't expect better quality from KFC but cmon, this is meant to be fast" food..."

All half effort. I got a mighty bucket for one. 2 pieces were tiny. Clearly just any bits thrown in. I ate in but limited seating in the corner due to everything packed up.. it's winter. so not to easy to do a take away. Maintaining some welcoming atmosphere would have been nice. I must say I do love KFC . Maybe they were just having a bad night

KFC Southampton - Above Bar Street
Busy KFC, cleanness: I would say less than good. I went last week 4 times and two time, I couldn't find a clean place to sit. Also, the door is suppose to be automatic, I come with baby stroller and it's impossible to open that heavy door. Management please fix that door. Food wise is nice except one time I got my chicken very cold.
