From the get-go Richard was super friendly and gave us some great advice. We were wanting to sell up but delay completion until our new-build house was ready and he was really helpful in guiding us through that and being clear with our potential buyers that this was the case.We sold the property straight after the first viewings and I'm sure that's partly down to Richard's demeanour as he handled our viewings for us.From the point of agreeing the sale Richard was always on hand to answer any questions that we have, relay things to the buyer and just generally be a great support to us on the journey.He was always quick to respond (and willing to respond out of 'working hours' if needed) and resolved any issues we had quickly.On top of all that, he came in cheaper than any of the other local Estate Agents, which is always nice.Would highly recommend!
