The level of service received from Paul from start to finish was first class. Nothing was too much trouble which put my mind at ease when purchasing my first ebike. Paul took plenty of time on the handover to explain how to use all of the features etc on the bike. How great to see Electric Bike Supermarket at an Autograss meeting. I loved this bike the minute I saw it on display and after test riding up and down a muddy field I realised it was what I had been looking for. It was delivered this morning just five days after ordering it and it was so easy to put together I managed it all myself in about 15 minutes however I did need help to lift it out of the box before I started. The most fiddly part was cutting all the tie wraps holding the padding in place so the bike didn't get damaged in transit. After riding it up and down the street for a bit I had a go at folding it up; harder than I thought but it was my first time so it will get easier as I get more practice as will opening it back out again. It's pretty heavy for a 'little old lady' like me to lift in and out of a car but I managed it and again it will get easier with practice. It fit quite easily and comfortably into my tiny Suzuki Splash and will go with us when we go off for weekends away. I hope my two other friends that I have convinced to buy one for themselves love it as much as I do and thanks to Paul for being such a good salesman and allowing us to negotiate our own small discount. Win, win!!

Paul gives an excellent personal service and his product knowledge of the E bikes he sells is also very good. There is no pressure to buy and he helped my wife make the right choice of bike discussing all the various options. The personal delivery service is a real bonus with an excellent handover which adds to the all round positive customer experience. A small problem with the saddle after use was very quickly resolved. My wife is really enjoying riding her E bike which has enabled to ride further and take on steeper hills! I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his company and I would certainly buy from him again.
