We needed a cat flap installed in our kitchen door and reached out to Onyx Home Improvements for their help. The entire process was incredibly easy (they even sourced the cat flap for us!) and Richard installed it wonderfully on the day, depsite our door not being the easiest to work with. He was super knowledgable and very kindly took the time to answer the questions we had about other issues in the house - which was greatly appreciated! 11/10 service and we'll definitely be using them again!

We had a cat flap installed in our conservatory and Onyx made the process as easy as possible. From booking the quote request online, to them ordering the cat flap to make sure we got the right one all the way through to the installation everything was easy and straight forward. Richard was very helpful and friendly and made sure we understood what was happening and our options. Great value for money.
