I haven't had a professional trim in about 8 years so trusting someone to do my hair is really difficult. Alicia was fantastic, her hands are so gentle and she works like she's not rushing the service. She didn't get scissor happy with the trim but also made sure that all the split ends were gone. I am so pleased with the service and I will only be going to her for my trims from now on!

Worst beauty salon ever!!! I went there cause my usual place was closed and needed a haircut before the season,,,I booked an appointment online and paid a twenty pound deposit, came on time and the lady working there, never called me ahead of the appointment or asked questions she didn't even know I was coming, she came late seemed very disinterested and didn't even pay me any attention for ten minutes, and then I asked her and she told me to come here and she checks out my hair then refused to do it! Said my hair is too nappy to do!! I have curly hair and I been going to white salons and they.cut it for £10 sometimes, if my hair is too nappy for you then why are you working in African hair salon????and she Said I can't cut your hair for less than two hours and you need to pay £60! Who pays £60 for a haircut??? I can get braids with that, and I am still waiting for my deposit of £20 which she didn't refund me yet, I then agreed to pay the extra twenty if she can proceed as I came from a far place and was already waiting and very tired they just kept giving me weird looks then she told me to leave saying I have other appointments to attend to I have no time after she was ten minutes late and wasn't even in the salon!!!! Why didn't she tell me ahead of time so I can save myself the travel there???honestly it was a horrible experience my worst experience in a hair salon I won't be going back there again ever!

I’ve been going to Alicia for over a year now and she always delivers! Her braids are super neat and she works very quickly. You can tell she’s really mastered her craft and she’s very well prepared, stretching braiding hair in advance of your arrival. I also got a wash, blowdry and haircut from her which left my very neglected hair feeling great. Thanks Alicia. :D

I was at the salon to install my wig and was treated badly. Dropped a curly wig which the stylist ended up straightening claiming the curls disappeared when she tried to wash the wig. I wanted a curly hair and couldn’t imagine that I would turn out straight. Accepted that it was not her fault that the curls were gone, I told her to curl the wig, she demanded for extra 15pounds, and that I pay before she curl the hair after the initial deposit. When I told her to start curling the hair, she walked out on me and left the salon.I was embarrassed and treated as if am not human

Alicia is honestly amazing I’ve had two wigs installed from her and her service is impeccable! She really takes the time to know what you want and is super professional and knowledgeable! And my installs have always been amazing and lasted long! You will not be disappointed if you book in with her!

Took my 10yr old for cornrows and service brilliant,put my daughter at ease and took so much care while doing a long wash and dry before styling.Added a photo so you can see how neat and tidy the cornrows are.Highly recommended.
