I had high expectations as it was recommended by a close friend. But sadly it didn’t meet any, and most importantly the treatment. I had the HIFU non surgical face lift. It’s been more than 6 weeks and I honestly can’t see one iota of difference. £500 complete waste of money. Very underwhelmed with the experience at the clinic. Drove a distance to attend, was barely acknowledged when I arrived with multiple staff discussing something so I felt invisible. Eventually checked in and then left 20-25 mins, not offered a glass of water, cup of coffee or any explanation for the delay. No follow up after the treatment - only to call me promptly the next morning because their car machine wasn’t working, to settle payment before I left. Seems the owner was in algarve opening a new salon. I am a home owner there too but wouldn’t visit if this clinic is anything to go by. Really disappointed by the whole experience.

I'm a new customer at Eighth and Eden and travelled a long distance to get to Worcestershire but I couldn't recommend this clinic more. Such a lovely destination, great doctors and staff and brilliant overall service. I trusted Dr Chloë's expertise when I asked her to make me look more proportional and she gave me a personalised package of treatments including jawline, cheek and nose filler as well as anti-wrinkle injections and HIFU which I can pay on a monthly plan! I will be back!!!!

I have been going to Eighth & Eden for a while now and my confidence has grown with every visit. You don't often get people admitting to having had “work done” as a result getting first hand feedback is not easy. I came here for the first time very apprehensive and a little afraid 6 months ago. I have since become a regular client. I have more confidence and look younger.Dr Chloe and her staff in the amazing surroundings in the clinic are calm and supportive. There is no hard sell this is truly all about you. All the staff are very knowledgable. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering treatments to contact the clinic for a consultation. You will not be disappointed and it could change your life. 10/10

Lovely clinic and would recommend. I had the Amanda Harrington Bespoke Body Contouring with Adele on Monday as a trial for my wedding day as I am quite pale and don't often wear tan. I thought the experience was amazing - Adele was really attentive and careful, and I'm super pleased with the results - the tan is wearing really well and i've had no marks left on my clothes [which I was a bit worried about for the wedding day!]. It's survived a judo class in white kit and a swim so far, so very impressed! Thanks again, and really look forward to having it done in August.

I started my aesthetic skincare regime with Dr Chloe several years ago now and I literally will never trust anyone else with my treatments. I travel up from Cambridge (around 2 hours) and it's literally no issue.
