Supercuts

A long review as alot was said during what should've been a 15 min dry cut at my first and last appointment!! The first 5 mins I waited to be booked in Manuela was alone, her back to me for 5 mins at reception whilst she ate in a small room, I had to approach her, she told me my hair is strong and healthy but I have too much of it!! She was disgusted I'd previously cut my own hair by 2 inches and my fringe, she told me women of a certain age should opt for length to cover our ageing faces!! When I said I'd last had a pixie, she tried to sell me straightening at £5 after the cut as when she wetted my hair to cut it she said oh no your hair is curly" (it's not it's wavy) I said no just cut the 2 inches off

Just had my first appointment here.Sam was delightful.Paid attention to what I asked for and delivered it. Checked throughout the cut that I was happy with how it was looking.Made me feel at ease and welcome.Easy to find, easy to park (free) very reasonable price.Will have no hesitation in returning and recommending.Thank you Sam.X

I was quite delighted about the excellent service provided by this salon, particularly one of the staff members, Sam.She did my hair dyeing today and honestly she did such a great job with it.I wanted to come here and recommend her for the incredible care and precision she applied whilst doing my appointment.Highly recommend :)

Sam was professional but very friendly. Sam listened to what I asked for, asked the right questions and was really diligent with both the cut and blow-dry. I am very pleased with my cut and the effort that Sam went to with the blow-dry, my hair looks great! I will definitely return. Thanks again :)

The service was outstanding, I had gotten lost and missed my slot, but Sam still squeezed me in and did a superb job of cutting my hair after 7 months of split ends. Thoroughly pleased with the end result and would highly recommend, will definitely be back!Thank you so much Sam.

My wife was not impressed and wouldn't return. She had to take the scissors to it herself to cut all the stray ends and equal up the sides of her hair. Hair was still damp at the back when she left.

Disappointed doesn't cover it. Supercuts is renowned for offering a walk in service so I went yesterday at 9.20am to find it all closed up. Lady in queue with her kids who had made appointments so we were both wondering why it was closed. Then a lady came to open up and served the other lady and asked me what time my appointment was so I said I was a walk in customer. She said she had no time today so offered to make me an appointment for tomorrow. I said no, you are offering a walk in service so I am next in the queue. She said again she has no time today so I walked off. IF YOU DON'T OFFER THE WALK IN SERVICE TAKE THE SIGN DOWN. I won't be coming back.

Had a restyle from Michelle for the second time in a month. I have gone from very long hair to a Bob and now to very short. She’s done a fantastic job both times. I highly recommend her. She’s very friendly and approachable and really listens to what you want. Excellent.

Avoid! Took my 9 year old daughter to get her haircut, price advertised was £14. When asked to pay it was £36.95! Told it was more as she had it washed & dried but at no point advised it would cost more money. To top it off her hair isn't even level. I'll certainly never return!I was contacted after I left this review and offered a refund if I took it down. Still waiting for it!

After a year an a half of growing my hair from 1 inch to 12 inches I was desperate for a cut and style. Sam did a wonderful job and gave me just what I needed, I feel refreshed and very happy with my cut. The salon is clean and tidy and Sam was very friendly, I will definitely be going back again!
