Girl on checkout could not have been more disinterested in serving me. No conversation whatsoever. Had to ask for my receipt. Why do so many shops think people no longer want a receipt?

I am autistic so me and my partner went shopping today and we got spoken to rudely by a member of staff on the till when we was laughing to each other about a conversation we had it made us feel very uncomfortable. Also they were talking about other customers to customers who were paying for their shopping sorry but won’t be shopping in there as much as I usually do.

Excellent prices. Not a bad range of frozen food + canned, drinks etc. Shop itself rather tired and a little cramped.

Love Heron. Love the ready meals love the prices and the staff are lovely. There is also a wide range of soft drinks and confectionery. You can buy a wide variety of cooked meats and eggs. Also household items such as air fresheners and cleaning products and toilet paper. Kitchen rolls multipacks of crisps. Also food for your pets dogs and cats. Brilliant all round shop. You can pay cash or card and there is a stand alone cash machine unfortunately a lot of the time there is no cash in it.
