No nonsense, old-fashioned English chippy - I mean this as a compliment! Limited menu, but the quality is excellent.

Food was brilliant but holly who works there always messes our order up even though we told her how we want it because we asked for separate orders but pay together and she put the wrong thing in the wrong bag , she is a lovely girl but she always messes our order up

Went early for our lunch and nothing was prepared, wanted the pudding dinner and they said it would be half hour before ready, so asked for fish and had to wait for it and the chips to be cooked, in 1 way that was ok because they were freshly done but the puddings, pies etc should be ready and hot for opening times.

New chippy thought we would give it a try. Not disappointed, food was absolutely lovely, fresh & hot. Staff very friendly too, will definitley be going again, would recommend.
