Perfect start to day. It was so relaxing, both sitting in the sauna and transitioning into the lake. The lake was a really comfortable temperature and I’m looking forward to visiting as it gets colder. The view from the sauna window is magical. Good changing facilities. Feeling lucky to have this locally.

Finally faced one of my fears of swimming in cold water and out of my depth, with the amazing support of Jo, John, Teresa and buddy too...I did it.....I swam in the lake and enjoyed the sauna today. Totally amazing recommend you give it a go. Amazing place feel great and will definitely do it again. Thanks all for your support and encouragement today..love you all...xxxx

Great place to experience cold water wild swimming and relax in a lovely wood fire sauna. Peaceful and private setting, immersed in nature, but just 5 min from Stockbridge. Ideal for groups and pampering birthdays, also available for shared bookings and swimming lessons.

A hidden paradise! What a beautiful set up to get your hot-cold therapy. Take a dip in the clean and well maintained lake and spend some time warming up in the sauna with a view! Would highly recommend.

What an incredible experience! The sauna is located in a picturesque setting with great parking facilities and provides breathtaking views of the serene, green lake. The changing facilities are excellent.Jo and Jon were exceptional hosts, ensuring that we made the most of our sauna experience ( including the hats!) Taking a dip in the lake was an incredible way to cool off, and the surroundings were truly picturesque. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax.
