The guys who is collecting my bins lovely. but the company first 2 years missed 10-12 collections and i ve still been charged for them !!! sad

Avoid Avoid Avoid. I used them for 10 years for commercial waste collection. At first they were great, really good service, but the last 2 years have been terrible. They don't answer the phone, emails take a week to get an answer, and when I cancelled the service they turned really nasty. Don't give them your business. I recommend Waste Managed as a customer friendly alternative.
