The team are helpful and informative. Adam attends the property to measure the openings and advise best options, deposit is paid up front, shutters are ordered made to measure so take a couple of weeks for manufacture. Installation was professional and efficient. This is the second installation we have had and will be using them again when next required.

Absolutely love my new shutters, have them all over my house! They have made the windows look fantastic and also much warmer, as It's Grade II listed with Crittall single glazing. Very professionally fitted, can't praise the whole team at Smart enough.

Would recommend. Very pleased. Had Conservatory roof blinds fitted by two lovely gentleman. vertical & slated to the rest of the house by a different gentleman whom was also lovely and friendly. All works were to a very high specification .Mustn't forget staff in the Thatcham shop, very welcoming,pleasant and helpful, and not at all pushie.

The shutters were made to measure and were made and installed to an extremely high standard. We are one of many happy customers, massive 5 STAR RATING. Smart Blinds were excellent. From ordering to fitting, timespan was much shorter than expected. Doug fitted the blinds, was efficient, made a super job of it and we are thrilled with how they look and match the newly painted walls, thanks to help given in the shop finding the right match. We would definitely recommend Smart Blinds and will use them again in the future.

Gorgeous blinds! Excellent quality and unique designs, which were perfect for each room/purpose we needed them for.The service was great, right from the showroom to the fitting, and all communication in between. They were fitted efficiently with all health and safety explained for the children. Would highly recommend.

Superb from start to finish. Great help in store making our choice. When we placed our order they were out to measure up within two days. The blind was ready within a week and fitted 5 days later. Superb fitting, no mess, fitter was brilliant to the point of putting shoe covers on to protect our new carpet and even left his toolbox out of the room as he didn’t want to put it down on the new carpet. Brilliant service from start to finish. We definitely will use again and recommend to others
