Park Road Dental Practice

I have had treatments from the start with Dr. Sana Khan and as a very nervous patient, I have been treated with such kindness and understanding, I have also been more then happy with my treatments. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I know she will be leaving the surgery in two weeks time and even though I wish her well in her future job, I am devastated to loose her as my dentist. Thank you so much Sana and good luck.

Ashamed to admit I haven't seen a dentist for 7 years, I am petrified! I lost a filling a couple of weeks ago so had to be brave. The staff at this practice are friendly, efficient and kind, there was absolutely no need for my fear and my filling was replaced.Thank you

Have been coming to this practice for over 40 years. I was dreading coming today as actually needed a filling this time. The dentist made me at ease as I was petrified. Needn't have been as she was very gentle and I hardly felt the injection. Thank you for your understanding and care.

Absolutely amazing team, after 10 years my hubby have his denture, which is amazingly fit. Took about 4 months, but woth the wait. Thank you for Dr Dora, f9r being so patient and understanding and doing so awesome job.Thank you for everyone, that when we hit bumps, everyone helped to solve it.Highly recommended

First time using this Dental practice . Reception staff are amazing bit over stretched it seem and very busy but amazing customer service. Parking is great as they have a back entrance from the public car park . Was a bit worried as first impressions of the building and decor was looking shabby and in need of some TLC but the staff and service made up for this

Always really accommodating, especially if you're nervous about the dentist & just a lovely welcoming environment

If I could give lower than 1 star I would!!Disgusting customer service with extremely rude staff.I've been with this practice for over 4 years now and up until this year we're fantastic. I've had 2 fillings at this practice, both on the same tooth. Both needed redoing in under a year however this time I am unable to get the filling rectified. (Some would say that it's a poor quality filling!)In August I had an appointment cancelled at the last minute due to dentist unavailability" this was rebooked and again cancelled at the last minute but I didn't complain or make a fuss. I then was assured it would be rebooked and confirmed to be in October. Unfortunately due to urgent work commitments I forgot to cancel my October appointment.This surgery has since refused to rebook me on NHS and have stated I've missed multiple appointments which is a blatent lie. I have been nothing but understanding when it comes to the multiple last minute cancellations but clearly it's all very one sided. A business who clearly do not care about the service they provide.The receptionist then goes on to say " having spoken to the dentist

Every interaction with this practice is a battle. Called this morning after having to have a temporary filling with the emergency dentist at the weekend. Told this will last 2, max 3 weeks but they cannot give me an appointment for a month, clearly the maths don't add up! When I questioned the receptionist about this and asked her what she would do in my position I would just be gratfeul the receptionist gave me any appointment!" They are not getting anymore money from me they are just awful."
