Ordered a Victoria sponge for my daughters wedding as that’s her favourite- just a quick phone call from Devon. It was amazing. We were let down by the suppliers of a personalised topper so they added edible flowers and butterflies. The cake was perfect. Moist with loads of filling and everyone loved it. Thanks so much it was amazing.

A Gretna institution, under new management and with a change of staffing in recent years. The staff are friendly and welcoming. With notice you can order an afternoon tea which is lush.

A small old-fashioned bakery with a good range.The jam doughnuts are smaller than average and that's a good thing. They're just the right size, you don't find yourself chewing through doughnut wishing for more jam or getting to the end and feeling that it was too much.

Best little bakery in Scotland, always come here when we journey back to Scotland. Just bought the last 4 Empire biscuits....... mmmmm delicious. Friendly staff too
