Went here as emergency ( sit and wait ) because my own dentist couldn’t get me seen , would highly recommend dentist Jessica and her dental nurse ( I never got her name ) made me feel at ease , talked me though everything both are a great team ,very friendly and fabulous at there job thank you both so so much I really appreciate your kindness and help xx

Family member has had appointment cancelled on the day and rearranged 3 times, over the space of 5 months, finally got an appointment last week, went waited for over an hour, finally got seen, was told he needed work doing, (which we already was aware of that’s why I made the appointment due to toothache) they said he was booked for a check up slot not a work slot so was given ANOTHER appointment, went to it and was told he’s to late and will have to rearrange, had nothing but problems wouldn’t recommend awful dentist

I was left with half a job of a root canal and a temporary filling in for a month and a half, absess really swollen and he's now took me off his list and won't see me to correct it all. my mouth is in agony. very disgracefulmy mum was made to feel very unwelcome, no greet from dentist or assistants. didn't get spoken to.

I had my appointment today with dentist Jessica and the dental nurse , I was made to feel at ease by both ladies and my mouth feels so much better after my treatment today, Its nice to feel relaxed when going to the dentist. This is an amazing practice even the reception staff are really nice and considering. Thanks girls!
