Booked these guys on a recommendation from someone local to me for cleaning services. The cleaner that was sent and assigned to me (Oksana) didn't speak ANY English whatsoever. Cleaning standards were poor. Arrived 2.5 hours+ late on the first appointment with no notifications from her or Ed (Manager). Upon rebooking for the following week, Oksana didn't turn up again. Upon chasing Ed he and Oksana wrongly thought it was booked for the following day so I said fine, come and rebooked for the following day, still didn't turn up again! I spent a lot of my time chasing Ed on the whereabouts of Oksana, made comments about the standards and gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but in the end, the service was just NOT professional and substandard. I do not recommend you waste your time, effort or money with these guys. To confirm, I did not pay for the service provided in the end and my initial invoice was waived so I am still leaving this review after having had my interactions with Ed and the team concluded.

These guys are fantastic! I found them through strong recommendation from a friend, and since then booked my cleaner and a handyman. Just love it, it's so easy and I have such a great experience with them. Keep doing the great job!
