Good customer service and very helpful owners

Have too many contracts and yet still accept to take in more work they cannot handle. Several times they have failed to work on our truck. I left the truck with them for 4 weeks yet nothing was done. Still gave them another chance for another repair and was told they will definitely get back to me as to when we can bring in the truck for repairs, it's been 2 weeks and still waiting for that call.Friendly people and I'm sure they are good mechanics and service their big clients (the likes of local councils) well, but if you gonna take on a job from a smaller client, best get it done. we also pay what you charge. Not free. Customer service is poor.
