After years of hating having my hair cut and finding a new hairdresser each time as I never liked one enough to return I have finally found somewhere that I keep going back to. Chloe J is fantastic and I always leave happy with what’s been done.

Have been using the salon for monthly hair cuts for the past 3 years. Always get a great cut. The staff are reliable, organised, professional and friendly. Highly recommend Hollie for barbering or a short ladies cut.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, I hadn't been to the hairdressers for years and wasn't really sure what to do, the advice that I received was very good and the staff were brilliant, I left with a brand new colour and shorter hair it was great, visiting again soon.

Had a super lovely experience at zig zags on Monday. I'd already gone for a consultation and patch test previously and had my first (of many more) appointment with Chloe (apparently there are two Chloe's at the salon and this was Chloe J.) The salon is a pleasant place to be, with nice decor and a clean spacious feel to the place! They are super duper wheelchair friendly- very easy to park (they have a small car park to rear) and get inside, etc - I've not actually asked about or needed the toilet yet so I can't say if that is good for wheelchairs or not - I will update when I know. Chloe J. is super friendly and easy to talk to, she is very knowledgeable and professional. All in all an excellent hairdresser! She checked in with me throughout my treatment (I had a root smudge, wash, cut, blow dry and style and I opted for an extra on top of this and had my first ever Olaplex treatment which i loved!) The price was super reasonable (including the addition of the Olaplex, which was well worth it, it came to a little under £80) Chloe J. checked i was happy every step of the way and especially during my cut, I really couldn't be happier with what she did - she really listened to what I wanted, made her professional suggestions and understood what I wanted to achieve. I'm so pleased I've found the salon and Chloe - and I look forward to my next appointment! :)

Great hair salon! Lovely atmosphere and staff. Have completely restored both my trust in hairdressers and my self confidence. After once having a very bad experience which cost me alot more than just money. Thank you x

I wish I could recommend this place but I simply can't. I sent the salon a message asking if I could book in for a haircut and had no response. That was fine, I understood that they could have been very busy during that time and didn't have the time to check messages so I decided to call the salon instead. When asked what haircut I was looking to get I explained that I wanted a lot of layers put into my hair to create a shag" cut. I was then told that they "aren't sure if anyone in the salon could do a layered cut"...(I've seen via their Facebook posts that they are very capable of cutting layers) the woman I was speaking to then asked to take my name and number and a stylist will call and get back to me... A month later

Fitted us in to cope with emergency. Very pleasant and coped well with some surgical disability. Thank goodness for that!
