I took my new laptop to MH Computers to have it fully set up including Microsoft package and anti virus package and data transferred from an old computer. Michael understood exactly what I wanted and the computer was returned the following morning all ready to go. The service was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for more. I was looking for a Refurbished laptop in Ossett and was recommended to use MH Computers Ltd as they have a good range of stock to suit all budgets. I rang up and made an appointment to see Mick and he said come straight over. He had a fantastic range of laptops and desktop PCs all in great condition and ready to go. We picked a HP ProBook 450 G7 which was well within our budget. We have now had it over a month and are delighted with its performance on Windows 11. Mick is an amazing patient guy full of knowledge with a good business acumen. We won't hesitate in recommending him to family and friends in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Mick enough. He knows his stuff. He is single-handedly way better than the entire Currys technical support team combined at repairing, rebuilding and refurbishing computers. Mick was very helpful when I needed to replace my old laptop. He advised me which laptop would best suit my needs. He transferred my data from the old laptop to the new, even my Office which wasn't the easiest of tasks! He went above and beyond for me. I am highly delighted and would recommend him.

MH Computers have been absolutely wonderful at diagnosing and rebuilding my PC. My computer was originally a CyberPower pre-built I purchased during lockdown and failed catastrophically just outside their 2-year parts warranty. I'd had issues with the machine for a while (a dodgy rear USB port fried two peripherals and the HDD casing was broken since I got it), but when I purchased a new PSU and installed it, the whole rig up and died. I ended up reaching out and bringing my machine to MH Computers for diagnostics and whatever repair was necessary. Mick was incredibly friendly and fantastically honest with me. He kept in close contact all throughout the extensive process, being open and honest about my options as we uncovered more issues at each stage. He has been nothing but lovely and helpful the whole time, and I cannot recommend him enough. It had turned out CyberPower had initially sold me a really cheap and dodgy PSU, which had fried not only my motherboard but my expensive Ryzen 9 CPU as well. Mick ended up basically rebuilding the whole rig for me in the end, working with me to make sure I got everything just how I wanted. He even remembered that at drop off I'd said I wanted to rescue some of the stickers on my old case and made sure that was returned to me! The new machine is beautiful and quiet and works like a dream. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! I can also confirm his service LGBTQ+ friendly as I am Non-Binary and was open during conversations about my LGBTQ+ partner.

MH Computers Ltd (Mick) completely overhauled my slow running desktop adding new components necessary with an update to Windows 11. Everything runs fantastic now and I am one highly satisfied customer. Mick certainly knows his stuff and such a nice guy. Contacted Mick after my laptop had blue screen with recovery required, which failed, and then screen would not display. Wanted to know if the laptop was repairable, and if data could be recovered.Mick worked on the laptop, confirmed the motherboard was shot, but was able to transfer the SSD, recover files, and reinstall into a new device.Mick was really passionate about solving my issue if possible, kept me updated, and also sorted me with a replacement device.Great service.
