As an older player I was constantly missing hockey matches due to reoccurring injuries. Having once again missed a couple of months without playing I went to see Carly. She quickly identified the problem, treated it immediately and effectively, I was back playing after just 2 sessions and continued to play for rest of season without further problem. I have continued to use Carly's services and expertise throughout the season and will continue to rely in her to see me through next season. Having lived with a painful upper back for many years and trying various failed self remedies, my Daughters found Carly for me (I think mainly they were sick of my moaning about it) and she was able to work her Majic instantly. Very thorough, knowledgeable and Strong! Carly was able to leave me pain free right from the very first session. With a detailed, targeted exercise program and a follow up session 3 months apart, I am free of any of the pain and tension I had endured. It begs the question why didn't I visit a professional sooner, so if you're wavering I would highly recommend Carly for her experience and knowledge. Money well spent.

Had problem with shoulder as damaged my rotator cuff. Carly has worked her magic and nearly back to normal . She also helped with posture issue and this has helped majorly with my golf swing. Would highly recommend

Went to see Carly with a long-standing shoulder problem and general back and shoulder issues caused by bad posture working from home during lockdown. Felt immediately more mobile after first session and with further sessions and Carly’s advice on how to manage my posture and incorporate stretching, the improvement has been amazing.

After more than 30 years suffering with lower back pain and seeing many different chiropractors i decided to try a different approach and I'm so glad I did.After one treatment from Carly and a regimented exercise program the results are amazing.I've now had 3 months of no real back pain, something I've not had for many years.Massive thanks to Carly and i would seriously recommend to anyone.

I went to Carly with stiffness in my lower back after falling off my bike, and I'd also noticed headaches and general tension in my shoulders. After analysis she treated me and advised on posture and mobility. I have to say her treatment has worked wonders, and now I'm back to full health without any of the tension or stiffness. Fantastic!
